More than making spaces more beautiful, the real purpose of interior design is to make people feel happier and more connected to their true essence.
Our Process
Phase 1 – Project initiation
Briefing Meeting to define your needs and expectation + Site measurement and verification*.
*Not applied for projects to be developed outside of GTA.
Phase 2 – Design Concept Development
Through photorealistic 3D renderings and preliminary shopping list, we will explore concepts that illustrate your house design style and the full potential of your space.
Phase 3 – Technical drawings delivery
Once we arrive at your final interior design concept, we will work on the technical drawings that will include all the important information for trades. The technical drawings set may include Interior Floor Plans, Interior Detail Plans, Elevation Drawings, Sections Drawings, Millwork Drawings and Lighting Plan.
Fixed investment based on the scope of work.
Phase 4 – Project Implementation (Optional)
1.Renovation oversight service – we´ll perform site visits and coordinate acceptance of deliveries

Investiment
1 hour – $240 + HST
2 hours – $350 + HST
E-Design
Send us the measurements of your space, necessities, budget and design references. Our team will contact you to collect further information about your style and expectations. Based on that, we will present you through a 1 to 2 hours virtual meeting, a Interior Design Concept composed by a layout floor plan, 3D sketches, finishing specifications and detailing + shopping list of the main furniture and decor items. This service includes 1 possible revision.
Décor Service
Send us your space measurements, needs, budget and design references. Our team will contact you to collect more information about your
style and expectations. Based on this, we will buy, deliver and place all the decorative pieces that will best illuminate your space. Fixed investment based on the scope of the work and location of the site.
